Finally, summertime! In the midst of gross weather in Portland this summer, there was this glorious sunny day in June, perfect weather for Emily and Ben’s rooftop wedding at the Ecotrust building in Portland’s Pearl District. This was the same location my husband and I chose for our wedding almost two years ago, so it’s near to my heart. It was a lovely ceremony filled with personal touches and stories about the bride and groom, who have known each other since they were in elementary school. So many of my couples have had personal friends act as officiants, and I have to say that I really love it. It makes the ceremony so personal and unique. As the sun set everyone enjoyed dinner and drinks, and a small pack of friends hit the dance floor to bring home the night…

I’m working on a new project for the site, and I need some folks who would be willing to be my real-world models. Here are the details: In exchange for an hour of your time, I will give you a disc of images. Pretty sweet! I’m looking particularly for couples in any age range, but also ladies of any age range.
